To Clarify: You can have your character go anywhere in the world, regardless of which system we choose. All this decides is if we make boards for New York City, or the entire state of New York. We'll have an "Everywhere Else" board for any locations besides what we choose.
Option 1: We set up the boards and categories similar to the way we did in the old FA. Cities have their own boards, with important locations getting a sub-board. "Everywhere Else" board is made for all other locations.
Option 2: We choose a single large city, most likely New York City, and focus on that with its own category. Different areas of the city (Manhattan, Harlem, etc) are mapped out and have their own boards, with major areas getting sub-boards. (Central Park, Coney Island, etc)
Option 3: Several Cities, (New York, Chicago, LA) like the NYC idea, implementing realistic travel time and expenses in order to change cities.
Option 4: A single state, basically same as above.
Option 5: Several states.
Personally, I feel like smaller is better, so characters can always realistically interact without having to travel hundreds of miles. But that's just my opinion. QUICK, OPINION-FEST.
