Name: Narcisa Lupei, sometime's called Cissy (pronounced Sissy)
Age: 22
Height: 5’5”
Weight: 125lbs
Gender: Female
Race: Gypsy – Evoker
Appearance: Narcisa is very fair skinned, the milky white flesh entirely free of blemishes and imperfections. With dark hair, and midnight blue eyes she personifies the ideal Romanian woman. Her thick hair is often pined back, with no semblance of order, then adorned with a bandanna in any of several, bright colors. While most partial to her traditional clothes, she will often wear corsets over sleevless tops, which hang loosely around her bust. Even though her mother would frown upon it, Narcisa has adopted the modern idea of women wearing pants. She will still on occasion choose a dress or skirt, but has come to adore straight legged pants, including jeans. This does make her rather odd to look at, especially when one notes all the jewelry she wears.
At any given time she will be wearing several necklaces, most beaded or long chains with various pendants. Bangles are often worn, but the one consistent piece is the dangled hoop earring in her left ear. Through this, she channels her Avatar, Ceto.
Personality: Narcisa's personality is a varied one. In private, or the company of friends, she is warm and open. Her sens of humor thrives, and she can even be a bit wild if the occasion calls for such behavior. However, in the presence of strangers she is shy, and withdrawn. Her entire life she's been ridiculed for her heritage and appearance, it doesn't bother her, and she almost never takes real offense, but the continuous insults can wear on a person. She never judges a new face, preferring to be open to their quirks and unique lives, in hopes of this attitude being returned to her.
Having never known love, or affection outside that of her blood relatives, Narcisa does long for a meaningful, intimate relationship. While it is easy to befriend Narcisa, she is not one to open up easily to the idea of physical relations. While the stereotype of her heritage would suggest her to be a loose, easy woman, this is quite the opposite. She does not want a relationship for the sake of having one, it must be one of her choosing, and in a way which indicates that it is right.
Her feelings on love are private, and she will not speak about her musings on the subject, except with those closest and within her confidence. Trust is not easily placed, however, and most friends are kept at length.
Background: She was born in Romania, but Narcisa had never truly known the country. Narcisa’s family left the frigid region before she was two years of age, searching for sanctuary and fortune in America. They scraped by even in the land of plenty, gravitating towards others from Romania, eventually forming a rather tight knit group. To Narcisa it was strange, once she was old enough to really comprehend the idea, that her family would move towards what they had tried so hard to escape from. In Romania they had simply been people, wilder folk, but still a normal sight. In America they were immigrants, and the label “Gypsy” came all too quickly.
School was hell, right from day one. Always an outcast, Narcisa had few friends outside of the trailer-park, make-shift Gypsy camp. According to her mother it was much like “The old country” with an American flair, apparently in Romania no one ate soup from a can, or Kraft Dinner.
One would think the influence and pressures of senior high school would have caused Narcisa to seek more modern, trendy clothing, however despite the ridicule, she was proud of her heritage. So, when her mother would make, and on occasion purchase, clothing for her, Narcisa would wear it. It made her unique, and pleased her mother, and her aging grandmother, so much so that the elderly woman took Narcisa into her confidence. It was at the age of 15, only a few weeks after entering grade nine, that she was told that the childhood stories of the Evokers weren't simple folk tales. From there on out, Narcisa vowed to learn this mysterious magical art under the tutelage of her Nana.
She excelled at the magic, and once freed of high school, and after the passing of her Nana, Narcisa moved away from her family in the Gypsy camp, located in New Orleans. Moving on, she found herself stumbling across America in search of a place to settle, if only for a time.

SPELLS
Spells she has to begin with
Wolves of the Ire ~ Water. Any nearby water acts as a gateway, allowing spectral wolves made entirely of water to pass into the earthly plane. Depending on the caster, more wolves may be summoned. Ire Wolves are immune to physical attacks.
Fortune of storms ~ Water. The caster summons a large ball of water, which resembles a fortune teller's crystal ball. It rockets towards the target and explodes on impact.
Torrential Taranta ~ Water. A whirling vortex of water is summoned, trapping the victim within it, then hurling them outwards before dissipating.
Gypsy Trickery ~ Light. A spell which creates multiple copies of the caster. Each will imitate the caster in what they do, including the casting of spells. While the spells that are cast are real, they hold little true power, and serve only for confusion, and do not cause damage. Only spells cast my the original user can cause damage, and are lessened by the continued use of this self duplication.
Words of Ill Omen ~ Water. Weather controlling spell causing rain of any caliber the caster wishes.
Golden Bird ~ Light. Healing spell. A great golden bird is summoned. It descends on the caster and envelopes it with it's wings, healing their wounds.
Price of the Bride ~ Water. A spell to only be used by women, against the opposite sex. The caster takes control over the water within their opponents body, controlling it's movement within them.
Black dog of the wild forest ~ Earth. A spell based on a Gypsy folktale. A giant black spectral dog is summoned, his claws and fangs contain venom.
The Red King ~ A tall, red-armored warrior is summoned, broad sword in tow. He can manipulate the earth around him.
Defense of Ineu Peak ~ Grand walls of stone are summoned from below, protecting the caster from incoming attacks.
Buffalo skin of the dragon ~ Water. The shadow of a dragon passes over, and the caster is shroud in a buffalo skin laden with water. This gives the caster 50% fire resistance.
Spells she will acquire at a higher level
Armour of Poseidon ~ Water. The user is encased in armour made from shells and shimmering mother of pearl, and subsequently armed with Poseidon's Trident.
Words of ill omen ~ Light. A curse is cast, the victim is drained of their special defense, physical defense, special attack, physical attack OR HP. Effects are random, and the extent varies with magic power of the user.
Conviction of Kris ~ Water. A casting circle appears before the user, and a massive gavel appears, striking the ground producing a massive tidal wave.
Fortune's Fortress ~ Earth. A very complex procedure, and one which requires uninterrupted concentration and casting. The user summons a massive stone castle in which to do battle. Not a spell commonly used once an engagement is already under way. Usually a spell used before a battle has begun.
Wrath of Gaia ~ Water+Earth. The water and land are at the caster's command. They can be twisted and formed at will.
Serpent of the King ~ Light. A large silver snake is summoned through a casting circle, he is a constrictor and thus has no venom. He has the power to create a beam of blinding light, and to contain enemies within his coils.
Judgement Day ~ Light. A spell not to be used lightly, or by those without a pure heart. Those the caster sees as an enemy are judged against the heart of the caster. If judged as unworthy, punishment is served in the form of death. Takes several turns to complete casting?
